Refund requests must be submitted at least 1 day (24 hours) before your paid time-slot.

Failure to request within this timeframe will result in your ticket becoming non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
